Pickup Policy
Pawn loans are a convenient way to free up some cash for a short period of time. Once you have received your cash, you will have 30 days from that date to return and reclaim your pawned item.
Sometimes people decide not to reclaim their pawned item. We understand and it’s perfectly fine for you to make this decision. You can simply allow your loan to expire and your item is automatically forfeited to us. It’s just that simple.
Please note: Your relationship with us will not be affected if you decide to forfeit your item to us. In fact, we welcome you to come in again any time for another pawn loan. We understand how complicated and unexpected life can be sometimes and are happy to help you through tough times.
Renewal Policy
If you don’t have the money when it comes time to reclaim your item, you can simply renew your cash loan with a monthly fee. You’ll then receive an additional 30 days extension in order to allow you more time to pay the loan back.
